About Us

The potential that one person can gift to the world is truly boundless.

Welcome to the Boundless Foundation, where our mission transcends traditional boundaries to create a world where every child has access to quality education, irrespective of their circumstances.

Founded on the belief that education is the cornerstone of sustainable development, we are committed to eradicating poverty-related trauma through innovative educational initiatives and community empowerment.

Mission Statement

At Boundless Foundation, we empower women and children worldwide.

Through school construction, resource mobilization, and skill-building, we break poverty cycles. By prioritizing education, we cultivate resilient communities, nurture future leaders, and uplift every child and woman we serve.

This is Samarguela - Boundless Academy - our first school - 🙂 where it all started.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, can access quality education.

We aim to break the cycle of poverty by providing educational resources and building schools in developing countries, fostering environments where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Our Mission

At Boundless Foundation, our mission is two fold:

Build Schools

We partner with local communities and on-the-ground organizations to construct schools in areas that lack educational infrastructure. Our approach ensures that the schools we build are sustainable and tailored to the specific needs of each community.

Cure Poverty-Related Trauma

We recognize that poverty extends beyond the lack of financial resources. It affects mental health and wellbeing, often resulting in long-term trauma. Our programs provide psychological support and resources to help children and their families overcome these challenges.

Our Achievements

Since our inception, the Boundless Foundation has made significant strides towards achieving our mission:

15 Schools Built

We have successfully constructed 15 schools in various developing countries, directly impacting the lives of thousands of children. Each school is equipped with the necessary facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.

Community Empowerment

Our schools serve as community hubs, offering adult education programs and vocational training to empower local populations and promote economic self-sufficiency.

Alignment with Global Goals

Our work aligns with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly focusing on Quality Education (Goal 4) and No Poverty (Goal 1). Currently, we meet 12 of the 17 UN goals, and counting.

Financial Statements

Boundless Foundation makes our impact through community-led projects supported by generous donors and transparent transactions.

78% of All Donations Are for the Schools

Building schools gives opportunity to diverse layers of society, where the children benefit the most from our work – teachers also benefit from stable salaries.

We Connect Communities

Our most recent build supports up to 90 students, from 37 communities in San Pedro Sula. We are the link between investors, community champions, and local non profits to reach the very rural and neglected communities.

$15,938 Initiates Our Matching Partners

So when we get the funding, there is no delay! In 2023 we built 9 schools, and began a model that consistently works. We will share more about our funding model and partner matching soon (May 2026).

Future Goals

Scaling Up

We plan to increase the number of schools built annually, targeting underserved regions with high illiteracy rates.

Innovative Programs

We are developing new educational programs that incorporate digital learning tools, ensuring our students are equipped with skills relevant to the 21st century.

From above, a new school looks small: a rooftop, a dirt path, a cluster of families. From the ground, it changes everything. Jesse sees both views and makes sure the world sees them too.

As a board member and the eye behind Boundless's aerial drone photography and video, Jesse captures what numbers can't: a child stepping into a finished classroom, a community celebrating together. His stories help donors feel what their gifts made possible.

A devoted father and family advocate, Jesse believes every child's success story deserves to be seen and celebrated.

Jennifer Rawls

Jennifer Rawls

Attorney and Secretary for Boundless

Jennifer Rawls is a mother, friend, writer, and lawyer. She brings the energy of each of these roles to the Boundless Foundation.

With extensive experience in government and communications and over thirty years as a litigation attorney, Jennifer continues her work as the attorney and secretary for Boundless. Throughout her career, her focus has been to elevate women to reach their highest potential and purpose because, as she has said, “if you change a woman’s life, you can change the world.” One way to change a woman’s life is to help her children learn.

While serving as Special Counsel to the Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, Jennifer represented Tennessee and its citizens in charitable solicitations and fundraising cases. She also served on complex multi-state litigation teams and has represented several international companies in consumer and contract cases. She also owns a publishing company and has published several books.

Jennifer’s son was born in Central America and the schools Boundless Foundation has built in that area hold a special place in her heart. She knows the joy of seeing a child’s face when she learns something new and the pride in watching your child graduate from one grade to the next. She was taught to love to read by her parents and, in turn, shared the joys of sharing stories with her son. Knowing that Boundless Foundation allows other parents to do the same for their children is always at the forefront of her work with the Foundation.
